Family Dinner on CNY Eve

If you would like to recap on the family dinner last year, please click on this link family dinner. This year, my boss gave us half day yesterday. Yay! I went and fetched my "Ultraman Tiga" on my way home. Since I haven't take my lunch, I asked the little guy what he wanted to eat. He said "Pija mummy." And Pizzahut it is. I drove to Pizzahut Lintas. On our way there, I called hubby whether he would like to join us. He was not free so only Sean and I. As we enter the outlet, I cannot help but noticing the place has been given a facelift. Very nice deco. But one disappointing note that is the toilet was not clean (no toilet rolls, smell of urine and somebody left their "thing" in the bowl). Luckily, I didn't feel like gagging. Probably too hungry to think about it. I ordered pizza, soup, salad and assorted tempura for the little guy. Okay, enough about our endeavour.

I decided to cook one vegetable dish, "Sambal Terung". Very easy to cook. Will blog about that in another post. Anyhow, my sister in law is also on a half day today. She ordered Yee Sang from Hyatt. Mum in law cooks one meat dish for tonight.

Came evening, here are some pictures.

Mastika & Ms. E came for a visit

Of course, we gambled. We played Gin Rummy an hour before midnight. We ended the game when I hit a "Grand Slam". Ahaks!
