Hubby cooked Nasi Lemak

I asked my hubby to try and cook nasi lemak and with the help of our good friend Shona Marcus, he succeeded! Nice sambal! Unfortunately, he burned the anchovies so we only had nuts. Kids also enjoyed the meal. The recipe is for keeps. Thanks Shon!
