I just found out this awesome website from CinDutt's blogsite. I think it's a great way of sending flowers and gifts to your loved ones. Folks in KL enjoy FREE delivery service. Unfortunately, they don't do delivery to Sabah. Anyhow, I found a few online florists that do delivery to Sabah at a nominal fee. You can browse through Sunflower Gifts and Touch of Eden.
