Small Reunion for ex-Inpens at Sate Mesra, City Mall

On the 30th September, we had a small gathering organized by Mr. Saharom Salim at Sate Mesra, City Mall. We arrived late. Anyhow, I didn't manage to join them upstairs as I was busy handling my kids. Managed to catch up with them when the guys had their ciggy break. It was a nice gathering but the Ramadhan buffet offered by Sate Mesra was a TURN OFF. I will not recommend anyone to go to this place. Why?

Firstly, the service was really bad (though they charge 10% Service Charge).
The buffet spread was lousy.
Unbelievably chicken sate was out.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is slippery (one of the staff had a fall during our dinner).
The toilet was dirty.
The cashier took donkey years to calculate your bill (I tot they were using abacus but no).
Bill upfront (before your order comes, they have already billed you)
One of the menu in Ramadhan buffet was laksa Sarawak, I waited for them to refill the condiments but after 45 minutes still none. I gave up waiting!

And in general, NO SATISFACTION! Not even a burp. And I agree with Shemah and meatball that the pricing is ridiculously expensive. And I totally agree 100% to what Yone wrote on her blog (you should read it in details just in case you intend to go to Sate Mesra).
