Life is Short...
Thursday, 13 March 2008
I am making full use of this paid internet connection.
Furthermore, I am too fresh to sleep.
Mary has gone to la la land after reading Hello magazine page 4?!
Anyhow, I remember vividly the other day, I was talking to my other half a.k.a my hubby, discussing about what life has to offer. I was suggesting to him that we go traveling while we can, enjoying each other's company and live life to the fullest. What I really feel is that, life is short. We can't pretend that we can live 20 more years. With so many new diseases in this new era, anything can happen. So, before anything could happen, hubby and I ensure that our kids are well taken care in terms of their welfare, education, medical expenses and memories of us. To be frank, I am afraid. I am afraid of all the "what ifs". Like I said, we cannot predict the future but we can do something for it. I don't intend to wait and let time passes by just like that. I for one will treasure each and every moment I spend my time with my loved ones. No one wants to leave but if it is your fate, then it is your fate. I pray and hope that I will grow old with my hubby and see my kids in their future. It is an eerie feeling right when you come to think about it.
