Farahiyah & Ridhwan's Wedding

An old friend of ours, Hafez Shabuddin and his wife, invited us to Hafez's sister's wedding at Magellan Sutera yesterday.
We were already late since we had to convince our kids that the event is totally adults affair.
Taiko S seems to understand while middle S wanting to follow us.
Little S was preoccupied with Mama Bobbie.
Hafez gave us a buzz when we were approaching Sutera Harbour.
He reminded us about our table number.
I told him it is already embedded in my mind.
When we arrive, the ballroom was already packed.
We find our way to our table and glad to see familiar faces.
Osmand offered me his chair (such a gentleman).
So I seated next to Lolly (Osmand's fiancee).
At our table, Stanley, Aziz, Johaniff, Choi, hubby, Osmand, Just plain Sharon, Lolly, Marianie and June (wow, am actually telling the seating arrangement).
The event started off with the procession by bride and groom into the ballroom to the "pelamin" followed by "menepung tawar" session.
I know Farahiyah back in high school.
As described by the emcee that she is "pemalu, lemah lembut dan ayu" memang ngam la.
In the ballroom, one corner is where the LCD screen is located, another corner is where the "muzik asli" equipments can be seen, another corner is where the cake being placed with a backdrop and a corner for the bride and groom plus their parents are seated.
After the "menepung tawar" session, come the first dish.
Likewise, everyone dig into the first dish and the what's left is the burning candle and some garnishes.
Our table has never been dull with everyone cracking a joke or two.
Can't wait for Presley Anthony's wedding on the 16 August.
