Speaking of which.. my treadmill is still sitting there in our guest bedroom, collecting dust... hmmmm... I don't even remember when was the last time I used it... Man, I haven't done any exercise at all. The only exercise that I can think of doing are vacuuming (upstairs & downstairs), evening walks but even this is becoming less and less. I'm getting lazier and lazier... Should do the treadmill one of these days...

linachu, how could i forget that. You were a great runner. I couldn't believe it when we jogged from our school to Tun fuad, made a few rounds and back to school...NON STOP! But of course, we did treat ourselves to some great snacks. Hehehehe...I hope my strong will is just as strong while we were in high school.

hi urang ranau. Sia di ranau nie skarang. anyways, the treadmill is only RM1299. Cepat2 ko pigi beli kama, mau naik harga sudah tu.
