thanks all for the compliments *blushing*. It was not easy and I am still struggling to maintain my weight. Probably determination and discipline are the main keys of achieving my goal. Mau tahan hati. Mau drag ni feet jalan pigi gym. Makan pun mau check tu calories as I don't want to weight to pile up again. Its easy to gain but the reducing the weight is such a challenge. I am now careful of what I eat but sometimes I can be forgetful.
I am so near yet so far to reach my ideal weight which is 60kg. Currently I am 65kg. 5kg to go! For all of you who wish to lose weight, you can do it!!! Put your mind into it. Watch the biggest loser, it will give you a booster and motivation.

Hi Celyn. Thanks! I changed my diet where less on oily food and more on soupy, steamed, grilled food. Anything deep fried is a no no for me.
